DVD Menu Commands Do Not Work Correctly
August 18, 2008
When you click a DVD menu command in Microsoft Windows Media Player 11, nothing happens. This occurs when Windows Media Player 11 is in full-screen mode.
This issue can occur if the DVD menu command graphic is not correctly lined up with the command on the menu itself. Because of this issue, the mouse click actually misses the interactive area of the screen.
To work around this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1 – Click the mouse pointer around the menu command graphic until the menu command runs.
Method 2 – Press ENTER to run the default menu command.
Method 3 – Press ESC to play the DVD in full-screen mode.
